Eliana's Birthday

Getting crowned at Playschool. Calvin and I were both able to be there, which was so special and sweet.

We had her birthday a few weeks after May 5th and Pascha, which was nice to give us a little time to regroup. She wanted a My Little Pony cake, and we delivered. We had hot dogs at the rec field, and a whole lot of fun, mostly because of...

The most brilliant party favor, ever. If I do say so myself, squirt bottles (from the DollarTree online) were the easiest and best party favor. I filled them up before hand and gave the kids a big lecture before handing them out about appropriate spraying. Kids love to squirt things, it's just a given. They had a blast. I want to patent the idea, that's how proud I am of myself. They loved squirting each other at the party and they will love squirting things at home. Outside, of course. Hours of fun.

Squirt bottle fun.

The kids, seriously contemplating the cake.

Eating with cousin Cody and Grandpa, who released the pigeons for an extra party perk.

Happy with her cake.

Tiny partier.

Pascha 2013, May 5th (and Eliana's Birthday!!)

Opening Easter Baskets

Easter Egg Hunt! This one was a zoo, as there are so many pre-school and under aged kids at our church right now.

Adessa's first time participating in the school-aged kids' egg hunt.

Auntie Lolo and Eliana were there for moral support.

Annea's First Birthday

The circus cake. Look! We had a theme!

Swinging with her godmother, Aimee.

The kids!!

It took her a while to get the idea about eating cake.

Once she got the idea, she ate with gusto!

Yummy!!

Her favorite spot in the whole wide world. She nestles into his shoulder and chest soooo contentedly.
